We utilise Australia Post for delivery of all orders. Delivery time varies according to destination, however most orders would be received within 3 – 6 days. Please chose between Regular or Registered post.
We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped but not received. Australia Post becomes responsible once the article has been accepted for handling by them. For additional security we recommend Registered (or Platinum) Post.
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will immediately backorder it for you. In this circumstance delivery may take 2 - 3 weeks. We will contact you to advise if this is the case.
