How to Checkout

Checking out is easy!

Once you have finished shopping and you are happy with what is in your cart, just click on the 'checkout' button.  This will take you to our checkout page where you will enter your log-in details if you are already registered with us, or enter log-in details if you are a new customer.

You will be asked to tick a box acknowledging our privacy statement and enter your billing and delivery information.

Click Submit and you will go through to the Delivery Information page where you will select the most appropriate shipping option for your circumstances, and be able to provide any special information or instructions.

The next page will give you the total amount and the payment options.  You may choose to pay via Credit Card or Direct Bank Deposit.

If you wish to pay by Credit Card you will be transferred to our E-Path Gateway - a fully secured credit card payment facility.  This page will collect your credit card details for payment and you will return to the Cricklewood Equestrian site.

If you choose to pay by Direct Deposit you will be provided with the banking details for payment.  Once payment is made into our bank, your delivery will be sent.
